Therapist & Coach

Ruth Minnick

MA, Psychotherapist · Transformational Coach · Author

Ruth works at the intersection of body, mind, and creativity — helping people access what they already carry within them and build a life that feels genuinely their ow

Your strengths are the starting point.

Ruth's work begins with a simple belief: you already have within you what you need. Her role is to help you find it — to clear away what's in the way and build something more authentic, more alive, more yours.

As a body-based therapist, Ruth works gently with the places where pain has been stored. Using an integrative approach to the nervous system, she helps clients unlock trauma and stuck emotion so it can finally move — leaving them feeling more present, more grounded, and more connected to what actually matters to them.

Before her clinical career, Ruth spent years in the corporate world working alongside high-level executives and in the creative industries. She knows what real transformation looks like from the inside — and what it takes to actually change, not just talk about changing. That background lives in her work: she thinks in systems, she sees potential clearly, and she brings a designer's eye to the question of how to rebuild a life.

Ruth is also an artist. She sees the beauty and possibility in every person she works with, and she brings that sensibility into the room. Healing, for her, is a creative act — something co-designed between therapist and client, unique to each person's history, body, and vision for themselves.
She is passionate about human potential and personal growth in the fullest sense — and she is always learning, always expanding what she brings to her clients, her community, and herself.
